On Friday June 07, 2024, another community meditation session was organized by Buddha Prakash Foundation at Tergar School, Swoyambhu, Kathmandu with the help of our esteemed teacher Khenpo Gyurme and practitioners.

The session started with great enthusiasm and positive energy. A QnA session was also done with Khenpo teaching the practitioners with clarity and compassion about the essence of meditation.

The sessions are free of cost and anyone at any stage of practice – from newcomers to advanced practitioners – can join. The sessions run 5:00-6:30 pm, every 1^st and 3^rd Friday of the Western calendar.
