Buddha Prakash Foundation starts year-long meditation classes for secondary-level students and teachers of Shree Saraswati Secondary School at Mahamanjushri, Sudal, Bhaktapur. The foundation’s executive director Arun Poudel and Ani Rajya Prabha Shakya will lead the fortnightly sessions. The foundation is offering this basic meditation course to the community school free of cost, as part of its mission to make meditation teachings easily accessible to the 
Nepali communities.
