Another Friday meditation session held at Tergar school, Kathmandu. Khenpo Gyurme gave the practitioners teachings on emptiness meditation and session ended with meditation session and QnA.
The sessions are free of cost and anyone at any stage of practice – from newcomers to advanced practitioners – can join. The sessions run 5:00-6:30 pm, every 1st and 3rd Friday of the Western calendar.
