We warmly invite you to a unique 6-week meditation course based on Stainless Prajna: Stages of Meditation on the Treasury of Abhidharma — a meditation manual composed by Mingyur Rinpoche, distilling key practice instructions from the profound Abhidharma teachings.

Instructor: Khenpo Pema WoserAbhidharma in Practice — A Step-by-Step Meditation Course led by Khenpo Pema Woser

Khenpo Pema Woser completed his monastic studies at Sherab Ling Monastic College in Himachal Pradesh, India, under the guidance of His Holiness Tai Situ Rinpoche. He was awarded the prestigious Khenpo title in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition when he was just 25. He currently serves in teaching and leadership roles at Tergar Osel Ling, Kathmandu, under the guidance of Mingyur Rinpoche.
Course Highlights:

• Right view on topics such as consciousness, mental factors, causes and cessation of suffering, karma, and more
• Step-by-step, in-depth meditation practice
• Interactive Q&A sessions
